Stripped Screw (STEP 6 of the Replacing Fan guide)

I have tried everything. EVERYTHING. And that includes googling it a million times too.

I am on step 6 of the "Replacing Macbook core 2 duo fan" guide. There are three screws to remove for this step, and I am able to remove two of them, but the third one is completely stuck. It is the outside screw closest to the charger/usb. I've been working on it on-and-off for like two months ha. In the process of trying to get the freaking thing out, I may have stripped it a bit. Ok I did strip it.

Just so you don't give me any advice that is redundant, and/or irrelevant, I will tell you what I've done.

First of all, I have all the correct tools that came in a kit for macbooks.

Second of all, I have tried:

Rubberband trick

Heat

Drill

Wrench or pliers

excessive forces

google

siri

crying

every tool I could possibly find in my house (a lot of tools)

leverage using two tools

Asking you guys is my last resort, just because I wanted to make sure I couldn't figure it out myself. I am sure this problem comes up often, but after looking through all the related posts I could not find one that helped my specific situation.

Please tell me there is some life hack, computer hack, macgyver hack, to get a stripped screw out (after you've tried everything else.)

I will not take "it's impossible" as an answer because I do not believe any repair is "impossible".

THANK YOU.

If you need me to clarify anything, or if you have any questions please feel free to ask away.

Drill, grind or nibble the head off. If needed nibble or cut the corner off the fan (it's a lost cause anyway). Once you have the post/body of the screw accessible a small vice-grip or needle nose should be able to back it out of the case.

Try to protect/catch any filings or metal bits with double sticky tape or by plastic wrapping (saran wrap) the rest of the board leaving or cutting out the fan area only.

If this answer is acceptable please remember to return and mark it.
