1 Can not switch on wifi and Blutooth
I have a Iphone 4s Model MD235BA Version 7.0.4 11B554a. Not long after the most recent software update my Wi-Fi and Bluetooth stopped working. I believe it to be a software fault for two reasons. firstly both stopped working at the same time which seems unlikely and I am unable to switch on the two devices via general settings or the control centre.
the related options on general settings are greyed out.
the related options on control centre do highlight when I activate them but nothing happens and the changes made there are not reflected in the general settings..
I have tried various forms of software resets but with no avail. the main one I tried is explained on the link below
