how exactly do you replace it, you can buy the top and bottom glass panel on ebay etc but how exactly do i replace it do i pull its guts out or do i pry it off

The glass is glued to the housing. It is possible to remove the glass but very difficult. I recommend removing other parts before removing the glass to prevent accidental damage
