my ipod wifi is grey on youtube people say to fix it have it be jail broken but i cant because i dont have wifi any help please!?

you have to be more specific, i have done many repairs on my ipod touch 3rd generation 32 gig and would like to help but i need a better discription or a picture of what is going on. also, did you check to make sure that wifi is turned on? you might have turned wifi of, or made it so it doesnt sign into the network on accident in the settings.
