Replacing the replacement glass GS3

I ordered a replacement front glass for my Samsung galaxy s 3 from amazon with the tools and pre cut adhesive (the Samsung Galaxy Prokit.) After removing the cracked original screen, cleaning off the old glue, and carefully attaching the new glue and glass, i was making sure the new glass was flush. It seemed everything fit perfectly except the home button stuck every couple of presses. Not wanting to be annoyed with that, i put pressure on the phone around the home button, trying to press it into place. I pushed too hard and cracccccck the new screen has two cracks in it that are worse than the initial damage. My question is, is there a tutorial or method for removing and replacing already replaced glass? All that i've seen has to do with replacing original screens
