How to fix White screen after Battery Replacement?

I replaced my ipod toch 2nd gen Battery, lcd, and Digitizer when i plugged it in it doesn't turn on, when i plug it to my laptop itunes recognizes it in recovery mode, but it gives me error 21 and a white screen, it only turns on when plugged into my laptop after that it doesn't respond to anything, I tried the power button and home button trick it doesn't work
