my motherboard of T420i is damaged due to water spill and i need to replace it. Can you teach me how?

Just done this for a T420 and I can confirm that following the instructions in the H&MM is very easy. Operation does not require highly specialized skills and the main tool is a good Philips screwdriver. Duration of the operation I estimate at 30-60 minutes. I have documented with my phone my way through just in case.
p.s. you will also need isopropilic alcohol to clean the processor and the fan and thermal paste to reapply on the processor.
