power bottom flicking on asus 1005 ha after oppened

I replaced my hard drive and after I closed the computer, the POWER BOTTOM start to flick when I connect the ac adapter in the power.

In general, that kind of signal, is some "HARDWARE WARNING", sometimes, motherboard failure, sometimes battery failure, but I cannot understand that warning specifically.

Do you know what could be?
