iPhone 4 greyed wifi, no bluetooth no service unresponsive home button

hiya i have recently repaired my iphone 4 cracked screen on the way of putting it back together i plugged the battery in and forgot about the phone being on charge so i carried on putting the screws back in i slightly touched the motherboard with a small magnetic phillips screwdriver and the mother board sparked, once i had put it back together it turns out the wifi is greyed out, no service/searching or invalid sim comes up (phone is unlocked) the bluetooth is just a continuous spinning circle and cannot switch on or off and the home button does not work however i can still get it into dfu mode and it has been changed but still not working. Lastly the phone when i try to restore or update or anything gets stuck in a reboot loop and stuck on the itunes screen the only way to get out of it is by using the recovery fix on redsn0w. Thank you

I can only say this could have vary well fried a IC beyond repair, besides replacing the IC. If you could take photo of the spot you touched we maybe able to help rule out some possible damage to your logic board.

I have the exact same problem! Tried to install IOS 7.It froze right at the end of the restore. Luckily I had my SHSH blobs and I was able to restore back to ios 6.1 and hactivate using SB. Once I got into the phone, It was continuous searching and my WIFI and bluetooth greyed out. I tried to put in the original screen back (also had to change cracked screen) into the iphone thinking that maybe the screen was the problem, but still no dice. My suspicion is that it has something to do with a burnt out resistor or capacitor on the motherboard. I think soldering (not sure what though) is the only way to make this work. iPhone 4 also factory unlocked. Also, I bet when you go to general....settings...about, its not showing the IMEI number or modem firmware. Definately something wrong with the logic board. If you have any luck keep me posted.

It wasn't from me damaging the motherboard at all. Actually the phone was working normal after I replaced the screen. A couple weeks later, it randomly tried to reboot, and then was stuck on the apple logo. I tried to restore with IOS 7. It gave me an error, so went about using SHSH blobs as mentioned earlier. It is likely that firmware chip is malfunctional. I really dont think this is an easy fix. What I would do is build another one, as a side project. Buy a functional logic board (same model) and use your existing hardware. Unless you can solder.....
