Is the 5s the same size as the 5?

I want to buy the 5s but also want to have a protective case in my hands when I do. I can't seem to find any information that would let me know if an Iphone 5 case from Otterbox or Moxie will fit the Iphone 5s.

Here's the detailed drawings on the different iPhone & iPad case dimensions from Apple: Case Design Guidelines it covers the full range of the current and past iPhones & iPads. You'll need to print them out to compare the dimensions.
