Where is the best place to order them?

I have a question.People say iPod touch 4 screens a re made wrong sometimes.I found a new screen I got is fused badly.They are not fuses as close as they should be,therefor not fitting.It made rainbow pics if you touch hard.Where is the best place to order them?Are eBay screens and amazon screens just a scam?Oem is also believed to work better.They say Some ipod screens are cheaply built.Any help would be appreciated.Also,has anyone heard of what adhesive apple themselves use?the LCD and digitizer were spaced too far.The original cracked was not.Has anyone had a successful replace?If so please say where you bought your screen.I need one badly.I know everything about the stuff.Just not where to get a good one.
