Screen differences between generations?

Hi,

Can anybody tell me which digitizer/LCD assemblies are compatible within the iPod Touch generations?

For example, I know the 3GS replacement screen is different from the 4 and 4S, but the 4 screen can be used on the 4S with the 4S bracket.

I am wondering for when I order screens for the iPod Touch.
