when i'm making/recieving a call and put on "speaker", the other side can't hear me, i have the same problem when i'm making a video, there is no sound. i can hear sound when i'm making "voice notes" and also when i'm making/recieving call and im not on "speaker"
what is the problem?

Look on top of the phone where the headphone jack is you'll see a black dot. Thats actually the mic for loudspeaker. Stick a pin through it and see will dirt come out of it
