iPod Touch - Backlight is gone and is in Recovery mode loop

My iPod touch 64GB 3rd Gen. got wet and by mistake I tried to turn it on, now I sometime see very light (hard to see) apple log and it is constantly in recovery mode loop but it is being detected by my PC in recovery mode even then it go through the restore process and comes back again in recovery mode but I don't see anything on the screen. Any way to fix it. Your help is heighly appreciated. Thank you

One more thing it detect by tunes in recovery mode but shows no information.
