MacBook Pro doesn't recogniaze my H.D.D

Hi everybody,

Thanks for looking at this topic. I will try to explain exactly what happened to my Mac book pro 13" September 2010 and wait for your comments.

I was watching a movie on my mac when it hanged and I forced to push the power button until it turned off. I turned it on again and nothing happened, no video only the light that indicates that it is on.

I searched on web and saw that people say if you restart (SMC) by pushing (shift option control power) at the same time you may be able to run the MBP. I did it and actually it was successful and I could run my Mac and being proud of my self for solving the problem began doing my thing on it and suddenly it hanged again and I had to restart it, but this time after I reset the SMC, It gave me a Folder with ? on it, which is because MBP doesn't recognize your hard drive.

I went on web to find the solution, and end up with booting up MBP with a flash memory of snow leopard (My optical drive makes sound but I don't have any control on it, most probably it is not also recognized) and try to find the HDD on disk utility and repair it.

The problem was my HDD and optical drive didn't show up on Disk Utility. I opened the Mac and took out the HDD and used a Sata to USB adapter to attach it from USB port. Surprisingly it worked and my MBP recognized the HDD, I repaired it and it said that it is successfully repaired, but still when I attached it to MBP internally it didn't recognize it. When I ran the MBP using USB port I mentioned another strange thing that my wireless adapter wasn't working! I taught that maybe also something to mention.

According to one of the posts in ifixit : Internal hard drive disk not recognized

I believe the problem should be on the internal Sata cable, but because of my optical device and also wireless adapter, I doubt a little bit on this conclusion. Does anybody have a suggestion? I am going to order that cable today and I will update you guys on the result of replacing it.
