iPhone 4S "No Serivce" - Logic Board Damage Need Identification?

I have an iPhone 4S where there has been damage to the logic board and has resulted in having "No Service" (just cellular).

I have already soldered a jumper across where the blue coil (blue circle) should be but i have now found more damage and would like identification (capacitor, jumper, resister or something) and how to repair (simple solder or parts needed) of the circles in the image (orange and red).

Here is a picture of the logic board

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

UPDATE

So i opened my iPhone again and i was able to find U21_RF stuck under the battery. So i placed it back and was able to get a signal again!!

Now for the C17_RF, the shipping is just way too expensive $39 for a $0.10 item.

Does anyone know what that capacitor does and if i have to replace it at all??? because the iPhone seems to work for now...

from australia if anyone can help with finding a cheap shipping.

I'll send you 10 by mail from the US:-) Just out of curiosity, have you checked http://australia.rs-online.com/web/ Also, you may see if Richdave http://www.ifixit.com/User/224642/Richda... can help you out a bit better. He does reside on your continent as well. Again, if nothing else I can send them to you.

Geoffrey Lee, The parts pointed out by you are as follows:

Orange Circle, reference designator U21-RF It is the MURATA-TBD 824-2170MHZ 0402 package and appears to be one of Murata's "Chip Multilayer LC Filters (BPF)". Something like this most likely. It is a tricky part to come by. The TBD actually stands for To Be Determined ;-)

Red Circle, reference designator C17_RF is a Capacitor 33PF 5% 16V NP0-C0G 01005 Easier to come by, check on Mouser.com or Digikey.com, Depending on, of course, where you live. Another part that I noticed, and that you should check on, is the inductor L16_RF it does appear to be slightly offset. Just make sure that iit makes proper contact. BTW, that is a 15NH 5% 140MA inductor. Hope this helps, good luck.

UPDATE

C17_RF is part of the RF transceiver circuit. Remember that for a capacitor you can up the voltage, so if you can not get a 16V it is okay to go higher i.e 50V. Just make sure that the package is the same, 01005 is a metric package identical to 402.
