Hello to everybody
Yesterday I got fixed my MacBook pro 4.1 black screen (but even no chime or something) by letting it settle with the black screen for half an hour and then restart it. It wotked flawlessly until this morning. Machine starts, it even boots, but I don't have any output on internals motor. Is this the "GeForce" error? Can I fix it myself?

Robin Dieker, I do agree with Dan 100%. There is more to a reflow than just to blast it with some heat from a heatgun. There are reflow profiles that should be followed to at least have a chance of a good reflow. I attached a reflow profile for a MBP and that "might " work for you. You should really use at least a decent heatgun and a thermometer to work on it, otherwise you may just end up destroying your board completely. If you do not have the tools or are really not sure, I suggest you should send it off and have it professionally reballed or just the reflow done. Anyhow, Check this link as well as this one. different computer, same work. BTW overheating the board with the towel trick is never a great idea. It puts some extreme stress on your board and your circuitry (I learned that the hard way:-).

Pre-heat 130～180℃ 60～90sec.
Reflow Over 220℃ 30～90 seconds.
Peak Temperature 240～250℃ within 10 seconds.
Solder composition : Sn-Ag-Cu solder

chances are you have the graphics card issue.
You will need to reflow it/reball the gpu for it to work properly again.
I've seen some people turn it on and wrap it in a towel upside down (the graphics card as the computer stands sits facing the floor) so when you have it upside down and running hot you potentially reflow it. But it probably won't last long.
Best way to fix is to disassemble and reflow/reball and apply new thermal paste.

Yesterday I used the "Towel Method" wich worked great but I am not quite sure how long it is gonna last :/ How can I reflow / reball it? And which Termal Paste should I use?

you'd have to take it apart, remove the heatsink and old thermal paste. Apply some flux around the GPU and use a heat gun to reflow it. The amount of time really depends on the amount of heat you use/heatgun.
Generally with the heat gun it's about 1-2 mins on high. Sometimes less.
Let it cool for about 20 mins or so
I use arctic silver 5 thermal paste

Robin - Great care must be taken when you try reflowing a large chip like this one. Often the other chips, small resistors and capacitors can get un-soldered or dislodged. If you've never done this I would recommend bringing in your system to either an Apple Store or Apple authorized repair service. Review the iFixIT guide for your system on taking the logic board out and make sure you have the correct tools & ESD protection before starting.
