Replaced iPhone 4s screen, now I have no signal and no GPS?

I have checked all the connections in the back of my iPhone, but nothing has seemed to word. I have even got a new speaker housing and a new antenna but still no luck. Can somebody please help me? I have been all around the internet for almost three months now. Thank you!

I found this posting here on iFixit. Although this posting is about the iPhone 4 rather than about the 4s it may help.
