Water damage to main components
Today at 12 o'clock an idiot in my class decided to push my bag off the table. In my bag was my MacBook Pro early 2011 Edition and a can of Pepsi. The inevitable happened. I dried what i could, but the computer actually turned on. I left it in a dry bag and now, 4 hours later it won't start, with or without the charger.
I have opened the computer to have a look at the inside. It's not as bad as i feared, but there is sticky patches on some of the components.
Is there a way i can find out exactly what's broken, is there a place I can send it to get repaired, would it be cheaper to buy separate components rather than buy a new computer?
Any answers much appreciated.

James Amos, not being a Mac person, the only advise I can give you right now, is to not try any further to start your MBP. This could cause further damage. Remove the battery and all power components. Remove as many components as possible using these guides. Clean every thing very carefully with 90%+ isopropyl alcohol. Do not forget the connectors and cables ends. Once you have it cleaned, reassemble and re-evaluate for specific errors.
