was charged and then rain leak from the ceiling, after a while it having problem while charging giving message that battery is disconnected, it went on until it cannot charge anymore, battery checked its working, technician said the board is rust, how can I justify the technician report and where can i get new board....

Jona, the first thing I would do is to disassemble the phone. Take a look at this teardown to see what needs to be done. It is not a complete guide, but does help to remove your logic board. Once you removed it, I strongly suggest that you clean it, use this guide to see how to clean it. the guide was written for a iPhone 3G but all the points apply to your phone as well. Make sure that you take a very close look at every connector and see where you find corrosion. You may have to repeat this a couple of times. Once it is properly cleaned replace the battery reassemble and re-evaluate. Hope this helps, good luck.
