stephen JR, here is my answer to a similar question:"If the pad has been completely ripped off the board, the only options would be:

1) Find the trace the pad normally connects to, scrape off some lacquer and re-attach to a new point. or 2) Replace the whole board. You should be okay with attaching the cable to the race or the next point where the trace leads to. You need a good magnifying lamp, a steady hand and good equipment. You should also check on here Anyway to reattach solder pads? and here is a great general guide" The other thing you can do is to connect small wire to the test points. Follow the answers on this question. Of course, it also depends on where you lifted the trace. It might help if you post an image with your original question. Hope this helps, good luck.

*be really careful as your soldering while there is a live current flowing threw the battery as it can damage your device from the slightest mistake*

Try soldering a wire from the track to were it go's and have it layed flat on the board. wire must have a plastic coat so it will not short and brake your device.
