Display Backlit is sometimes working sometimes not.

My 27" Apple Cinema Display Backlit (not the thunderbolt one) suddenly stopped working.

It depends in which order I plug in the power cord and the displayport connector. If I play around a little bit most of the times i get it to work after a while. Even if I didn't found an solution with which it works everytime.

A few days ago I found an article in the Apple Support Communities of someone with the same problem. Spent the last days googling around; browsing through my history but I can't find it again.

Anyway; the LCD is working EVERYTIME - so when I shine on it with a torch I can see that it's showing my desktop. Just the Backlit appears to randomly not powering up.

I have a identical Cinema Display and changed the panels. The panel seems to be the problem. Because it shows the same symptoms in both "chassis". The other one is working seemless in both aluminium enclosures.

What can i try to fix at the panel?
