Phone wet. Phone works, screen does not

Ron, what is important here is to remember that you need to clean your phone properly. After any exposure to liquid, you are running the risk of corrosion damage/failure if you do not clean it up. If you have warming zone in your oven put a cunductor on it like metal then put your iphone on top. Set the temp. on Hi and in a matter of time it will be ready and it might say that your iphone is to hot and it needs to cool down. to cool down DO NOT put it in the refregerator or the freezer just lay it down some were with a steady temp. HINT: when you put your iphone down on the conductor to heat always check your iphone every 2 minutes untill it works. (thank you reading hope this helped you like with other people!)

my iphone was dropped few days ago,.i put it in a warm place to get dry. when i charge it, it is recognized, vibration works, still doing the alarm. but the screen is black. i can operate touchscreen procedures, when i plugged it to itunes, the itunes required a respond from my iphone but i can respond because screen is black..any help please? important files inside.
