The camera will not focus anymore
Right when you turn the camera on it says to turn of and on again OR it will say that it cannot focus. Won't even try taking a picture.

Lindsey, sounds like a bad lens. You can try and disassemble your camera and clean all the connectors. Also, clean the camera lens with some high grade isopropyl alcohol. If that does not work, you might want to consider changing the lens.

I now have the exact same problem. Now won't retract and won't turn on. :-(
