Screen turns black after booting
I had an accident with a glass of wine.... now after booting the screen turns black after 10-20 sec. It works fine with an external screen.

You have liquid damage. Follow the most helpful Answers under Liquid spill, wine spill. You need to open the laptop and clean the residue, you may have to replace parts or the entire logic board.

I have opened and cleaned everything inside, but nothing seems to be damaged.
what part can it be I have to replace? It works fine with an external screen.
Do you think I have to replace the entire logic board?

Look at the guide... depending upon which side the wine went in it could lean towards the display data connector, or the inverter or even the backlight (it's IMnsHO often easier to replace the entire LCD). If you can see something shining a light through the back of the screen your inverter is OK, but the backlight is shot.
