iPhone 6s: I phone 6s ringer not ringing

I have recently had my screen repaired. My phone now goes to voice mail when someone tries to call the first time if they hang up and call back it will then ring and I can answer it. I carried it back to the place that replaced the screen and they said it was the server I don’t know how that is possible. Any suggestions.

iPhone 6s: Screen is unresponsive after a drop

I dropped my phone on the ground yesterday, and the LCD faded out. I figured it was just a screen problem, but I replaced the screen twice, and neither worked. I was able to put it into recovery mode after the drop, but I do not want to restore it yet because I do not believe my notes are backed up, and I am not sure if that will fix the problem. I was wondering if anyone has a hardware fix to this problem. The phone hasn’t had any problems before, and the drop did not do any exterior damage. It landed face down, and the screen did not crack. I do not think I will be able to recover my notes if I can’t fix my phone because they are not backed up, and I can not trust a computer from my iPhone to export them off of the phone. Thanks-Alec

iPhone 6s: iPhone charging only when powered ON.

Hi! I got an iphone 6s that is NOT water damaged and it is charging only when it is powered ON. If the phone is switched OFF( turned OFF completely ) it wont charge and it wont boot up when i plug the charger like it should do. I also saw that it has a normal and fast boot, and when it is powered ON with screen OFF it is taking(measured on battery slot) 0.11A then jumps to 0.15A then goes back to 0.11A all over the time!

I measured that on an OK iphone 6 and when powered ON with screen turned OFF, it takes absolutely 0.00A, so that must happen on my iphone 6s too, but i dont know why it dont.

Becasue of that, of course the battery drains faster ( about 5-6% per hour) doint nothing on my phone, and it is charging a little harder than it should.

I also realized that my phone says that my screen was turned off only 19 minutes, even if i didnt touched the phone for a day.

After doing some research i think it might be TRISTAR IC, but i want to know your opinions!

Thank you!

iPhone 6s: Can I recover my data from my iPhone that won't turn on?

I've had my iPhone since of May 2017 . Out of no where it wouldn't charge , for hours I was going through iPhone chargers to see if they would work and wouldn't . It would charge but it wouldn't turn on . U would leave it charging overnight & sometimes it would turn on with only 3% battery or it wouldn't turn on at all . It showed it was charging but wouldn't turn on . So I go & buy a new cheap charger from a gas station & with good luck it turned on , but the only problem was that the battery would die so quickly . In at least an hou it would go from 100% to 20% . I didn't mind as much because I was happy that it was at least charging . So about a week later I took my phone off he charger to take it with me some where & when I came back to charge it , it would say “ access not supported “ or something like that . Then I was back in the same situation I was in . So at this point I just waned a new phone . I tried to go to my icloud on my computer to see if I could recover my data but now apparently they send some code to the iPhone that I need or I can't get in . I couldn't see the code because obviously my phone wouldn't turn on . So is there a way Apple could restore my data ?

iPhone 6s: Data Recovery - Challenging Case

In a lapse of judgment I attempted to replace my wife's iPhone 6s screen and something went wrong and on power up to test the screen I could smell that something fried.

After than all I could get the phone to do is charge and connect to itunes (never been backed up , never trusted)

I took the device to a reputable recovery and repair company in Houston who had the device for 8 months and there was no success, they replaced many components and could never get the screen to be recognized by the device. No way to enter the pass-code or trust.

I also had them try using a USB keyboard and a set of key strokes using a specific set of adapters to allow power to both. I had previously tried every recovery software I could get my hands on but could never get past the Trust issue.

I had the device sent to Drive Savers who said the device would not power on or connect to itunes and send it back. So now I am worse off than before I have a device that will not power on on top of what was described above.

I can beat you to the punch, yes its ridiculous to have never backed it up, especially before working on it. That is however passed and I cannot go back. The pictures and videos on the device are priceless to my wife and I am reaching out hoping to find a way to recover the data. I saw discussion here of people doing board swaps and things i had not heard of prior. I don't need the phone to function beyond the ability to remove the data and I am pretty desperate, this is a major strain on my marriage when coupled with an already strained relationship. I want to give her this history back.

Is there a way to recover the data if the main board is not operable or reparable? I've scoured the internet for the best of the best in iPhone recovery and repair and its been a lost cause. My only hope is finding someone willing to try that understands the challenge. Is there anybody out there that does advanced recovery like this?
