iPad Mini 2 Wi-Fi: Why is my lcd sticking to digitizer?

I just replaced the battery, lcd, and digitizer on an ipad mini 2. This is actually the second digitizer I’ve put on (cracked the first one) and this is happening with both. The lcd is adhering to the back of the digitizer panel, creating a big spot where they are stuck together. The shield isn’t pushing the lcd up, and I’ve tried various tightnesses of the screws to see if the lcd is bulging. So far nothing is working. Is there anything I can put between the layers to get them to not stick? I’ve never had this happen before, and it wasn’t happening with the original lcd. I’d use that one but it’s broken.

iPad Mini 2 LTE: How do I fix this issue? I don’t understand why it’s broken?

So I never dropped my iPad mini 2, there is really no reason why I have a damaged screen. But it appears with a gray haze over the screen. I tried to google how to fix it and I seen some YouTube videos that mentioned that you can smack the back of it and it would work properly but it only made it worse. I googled the symptoms of this issue again and I found some information saying that some times the magnetics parts can be shocked some how when leaving your iPad on the ground. If I am guilty of something it’s that I left my iPad on the floor ( my floor is tile . Not sure how a tile floor can damage any magnetic parts in the iPad mini 2 but if so what can I buy to did this issue ?

iPad Mini 2 Wi-Fi: iPad won't charge reliably; Lightning connector bent

I’m fairly sure the Lightning connector on my iPad Mini 2 bent when it fell off the bed while charging. I can charge it if I pull up on the cable (toward the screen), but then it stops charging when I let go.

What’s the best way to remedy this? I think if I could get to the connector, I might be able to bend it back into shape, but I don’t know if that’s possible without removing the entire logic board. Does anyone have an idea of how to fix this issue?

iPad Mini 2 Wi-Fi: Sunken & stiff home button.

I replaced the front glass/digitizer on my iPad Mini 2 & have had issues with the home button. It is recessed deeper in the glass compared to the original & it is much harder to actuate. I have remedied the alignment problem by forming the metal bracket for a flush fit, but the switch is still hard to actuate. I tested the button with the front glass removed from the case & it is still stiff, so It’s not anything to do with how the assembly fits in the case. It’s stiff enough that I have to be very aware when double clicking, as it will not always work. I don’t see any way to fix this as it appears that the switch spring is internal. The switch always operates , it just takes extra force to depress it. It’s not spongy or anything. Nice firm click if pressed hard enough. I would guess about twice the force of the original switch.
