Sulla scheda logica ho visto che manca un componente e un altro è rotto, potreste aiutarmi a capire che tipo di componente c'era e se riscaldando uno nuovo posso risolvere il problema?

L'icona della chiavetta diventa verde ma cliccandoci sopra non apre il contenuto e rimanda al menù principale.

I tried different usb drives formatted with different file systems, none of them is working.

The usb icon on the main menu turns green when I insert the usb drive but if I click on it instead of letting me browse the content it just goes back to the main menu.

The Power and Status lights are both lit solid blue, which normally indicates standard operation. The lamp light appears to be a "dim blue," though the lamp itself is clearly firing as light is hitting the wall.

I have already tried:

1. Hard resetting the unit by unplugging it for over 60 seconds.

2. Checking the physical A/V Mute slide to ensure it is fully open.

3. Cycling through sources using the physical buttons.

4. Pressing the Menu button multiple times (no menu appears on the screen).

I do not have the remote control for this unit. Is this likely a failure of the main board, a stuck Auto Iris, or a disconnected internal ribbon cable? Are there any button combinations I can use to force a factory reset without a remote?

The Symptom:

When I connect the power cable, the small LED indicator on the front lights up. However, the projector does not actually turn on. When I press the power button on the remote, the LED blinks/flashes in response, but the fan doesn't spin up and there is no light output from the lens.

What I've tried so far:

• Checked the power cable and adapter (using the original Samsung 65W USB-C brick).

• Tried a different wall outlet.

• Attempted to power it on using the button on the unit itself, but it still won't boot.

Is this a known mainboard failure, or could it be a software hang that requires a specific hard reset sequence? Any advice on which internal components I should check or test with a multimeter would be greatly appreciated.

Projectiondesign F35 AS3D Vizsim 1080

When attempting to do a firmware update it comes up with the message detected firmware and a few seconds, prompts to remove the USB after reading its contents reboots after that, but nothing is installed.

Current firmware is 010-0003-09

Trying to update to 010-0003-25 downloaded from Barco website.

Have followed instructions in manual on Barco website.

Memory stick has USB FAT-file system and the unzipped release.tar on the root of the USB memory stick.

Have downloaded the firmware twice and tried two different USB memory sticks.

Am I missing a step not mentioned in the manual?

Are there any stupid things I might be doing wrong without releasing it?
