<description><![CDATA[<p>Salve, da qualche settimana il ticwatch dava segni di &quot;svalvolamento&quot; finché, da qualche giorno ha smesso di funzionare, non si accende più. Si accende solo se collegato all'alimentatore, appena viene staccato sfarfalla un po' e poi muore.</p>

<p>Ho già effettuato il ripristino ai dati di fabbrica, qualcuno sa cosa può essere?</p>

<p>My watch turns on and off ok. When I am trying to change the language to English, I am unable to select this choice because the touchscreen does not work at the top or bottom. I am only able to select things in the center of the watch. Can this be fixed?</p>

<title><![CDATA[DZ09: Dz09 cards, got them from my phone. Now saying the SIM card is locked]]></title>
<description><![CDATA[<p>My sister got me a DZ09 Bluetooth Smartwatch/Phone for Christmas. I tried going on Facebook, the Browser. twitter, and What's app. It said I needed a Valid SIM and SD Card. Now, I unmounted the SD Card from my Alcatel OneTouch Elevate, and also took the SIM Card Card. Luckily, it's not saying anything about the SD Card now. But one issue. It's saying: &quot;The SIM Card has been locked. Please try Power Cycling the Device. If problem persists, Call Customer Support.&quot; Someone please tell me why. Is it because it's the wrong sized SIM Card? Something's messed up? Is it because I'm not with a Carrier for my Phone? On the front of the SIM Card, it says Sprint. Please help me, I would appreciate it.</p>

<title><![CDATA[DZ09: My watch seems to be missing the bluetooth application?]]></title>
<description><![CDATA[<p>Just ordered and got these watches in the mail. After powering them on and looking through the settings and everywhere else, we were unable to find the application to turn Bluetooth on or off.  Does anyone know a way to get these enabled or added back onto the watch without having to get a new one shipped over from China? I will attach photos of all the applications we can see.</p>
