Senza nessun motivo collegato ad un evento accidentale, tipo caduta a terra o in acqua, il connettore del telefono non funziona sia per l'alimentazione che per il trasferimento dei dati. E' possibile cambiarlo?

Nothing appears on the screen except the word OPPO.

I switch off the phone and restart but only the word OPPO appears.

I dropped my phone and it seems to be smashed quite badly. The whole screen came off and when I pushed the screen back into the phone, it was totally blacked out but it was vibrating ok, responding to charge and rebooting it while pressing on the on and volume button. I did some research and was wondering if it will fix it if I just replaced the screen? Or should I go and get someone professional to have a look at it just in case I cause more unnecessary damage to my phone. I'm not sure if the problem is in the screen or in the phone itself.

Volume up and power Button is malfunctioning, sometime my power button does not respond (it wont on and off) , and my Volume up button is to sensitive to touch sometimes even if you just accidentally graze it it will instantly fill up the volume
