GTX 3060: What is this blown component on this 3060?

Hello,

This GTX 3060 TI stopped working the other day and as soon as I opened the case it smelled burnt. I removed the cover on the GPU and saw the burnt component. I’m looking for the part itself but I’m not sure how to find it.

Rest of the computer works :)

Any help is much appreciated

GTX 3060: RTX 3060 No Display - Fans Spin but No Signal in Any PC

My RTX 3060 is not outputting any display. I have confirmed that the fans spin and the card appears to have power, but there is no signal to the monitor. I have already tried the following troubleshooting steps:

- Tested with different HDMI and DisplayPort cables.

- Tested on multiple monitors.

- Re-seated the card in the PCIe slot.

- Verified that the 8-pin power connectors are fully plugged in.

- Tested the card in a completely different PC, and it still does not work (no display).

Since the fans spin but there is no output in any system, I suspect a board-level hardware failure such as a missing 1.8V rail, a VBIOS issue, or a faulty VRM component. How can I narrow down which component has failed using a multimeter, and are there common failure points for this specific card?
