Di solito la carica del mio fitbitalta durava fino a cinque giorni,invece ora non arriva neanche a 8 ore. Quale` il problema la batteria oppure il caricatore?

Era scarico e ho provato a caricarlo ma non sono riuscita , ho cambiato cavo di alimentazione, ho provato a riavviarlo , collegarlo al pc ...ma niente non si carica

The display became dimmer over time and now is completely black. The Fitbit continued to hold charge and track steps but the display is hosed. Accidentally unpaired it and now can’t pair it again without the display. Is there any way to repair the display?

So a similar problem has been posted under FitBit Alta, but the solutions presented are simply to contact Fitbit and see if they can fix it or replace it. If your warranty is passed, they will not do either, but they will offer 25% off future purchases for a replacement. Cue the same thing happening in 3 years.

I would like to know if it is possible to replace the battery altogether. It breaks my heart to send one more thing to the landfill, and I would like to shove it to such a huge waste creating company because, honestly, why bother spending more money?

On a Fitbit forum, there was mention of melting the glue around the screen and lifting it off and replacing the battery. Does that even make sense?

I charge my alta a good hour and the battery icon shows fully charged. When I disconnect it from the charger the power shuts off completely.

i tried to charge my fitbit and when i connected the charger the display showed it needed charging but there was no vibration to indicate that it was connected. consequently it never charged. i do not have a button on my charge connector.

I had not been wearing my Alta fitbit for a month, and just this morning decided to wear it again. However, the device wont turn on while wearing it on my wrist. I scratched my lens on my FitBit HR today. I was cheerfully informed that this wasn’t covered under warranty (didn’t expect it to be as I had scratched it) but they would offer me a 25% discount on a new one. All I need is a replacement lens. Where can I find the part?
