Quesito banale. Devo svitare le viti Phillips 00 per rimuovere il dissipatore e fare repasting, ma, purtroppo, sono spanate. Non sto riuscendo a toglierle.

Ci sono metodi validi per risolvere?

Ho vari cacciaviti, ma non uno a riga e piccolo a sufficienza.

Sto per comprare una nuova batteria per il mio portatile Dell, vorrei acquistarla ora ma non installarla subito, perché probabilmente posso ancora usare quella che ho adesso sul portatile per un altro anno o giù di lì. Per quanto tempo posso tenere da parte una batteria nuova prima di installarla?

Ho installato MS Word nel mio Dell Alienware 17 R3 una settimana fa. Durante questo tempo ho creato un paio di documenti. Oggi ho ottenuto un messaggio - Word non può aprire il documento: l’utente non ha privilegi di accesso - all'apertura di documento. Ho provato di recuperare file doc danneggiati per Apri e ripristina di Microsoft, ma senza risultati.

Uno dei miei colleghi non può aprire il file .pst. Usa MS Outlook 2013. Solo ieri suo il file .pst fu eccellente.

all avvio della schermata iniziale si blocca toccando leggermente il case lato sinistro riparte ma poi si riblocca sempra un falso contatto della scheda madre.

Salve, dove posso trovare una guida per sostituire SOLO la cover senza sostituire anche lo schermo? Quindi dovrei staccare la cover dallo schermo e montare la nuova cover. Qualcuno sa darmi indicazioni in merito? Lo schermo è incollato?

When i turn the computer on, it says "this computer system is protected by a password authentification system . You cannot access the data on this computer without the correct password". Dell XPS 15 9550: Windows 10 says password is incorrect when it wakes up from Sleep

This morning, I turned on my laptop and entered my password to sign in to Windows 10. Everything was normal as usual. In the noon, I put the laptop to sleep and then I left. After an hour, I resumed it, but Windows 10 said my password is incorrect. I checked my password several times and I’m quite certain it is correct, but the Windows 10 keeps saying the password is incorrect. I tried to restart Windows 10, but it still did not work. Why is this? How can I sign back to my Windows 10 now?

for the past few days, when i wake up my computer from sleep and hibernation mode it'll freeze and the only way tp get it to work is to hold the power button.

just for your information, i recently updated some drivers but i will try to delete the new power management driver and go back to the old one

Edit: i cannot roll down battery driver for some reason
