Hi. My Fujifilm FinePix L55 cannot power on when not being charging. Everytime when i turn on the camera through charging it requires me to reset the time and date.

This is the screen when powered on and on the left side there is a sign (the lower one) that i can't find in the user manual. How can I solve it? Thanks a lot.

Canon EOS 5D Mark III: Replacing Mode Dial on Canon 5DMkIII

The button and metal face plate for the mode dial on my Canon 5DMkIII are missing. I lost them last December while running through the jungle, trying to keep up with a troop of chimpanzees. The dial itself is still intact and I've been able to change the mode by pressing a small pin into the button hole to unlock the dial.

I have a complete replacement dial/button/face plate in hand. Does anyone know how complicated it is to change this out or where I might find detailed instructions. . . . . .or at this point, should I just send it in to a professional for repairs (I have replaced components on a number of other cameras, with good success).

Sony Betamovie BMC-220: What kind of battery is used?

I just bought a beta movie BMC-220 and it didn’t come with a battery. I don’t know much about batteries, but with some research, the closest answer I’ve gotten is a NP-11 battery. That’s a rechargeable battery and I’ve seen lots of NP-22 and -55, but not very many -11s. Are they interchangeable? And do they all recharge from the same charger? Do all rechargeable batteries recharge with the same charger? What is the rechargeable battery/charger ratio? Is the NP-11 even the right battery for a BMC-220? I know this is a lot of questions, but let me know if you can answer any of them. Thank you!

here is my problem my camera dropped and now I hear like some motor is stuck inside where lense is. The camera wont turn off unless I remove battery but when I place battery in I can turn on and the stuck motor start again. How cn I take appart the cover around lense to see what is going on?

Camera: Fixing Praktica BC1 camera shutter speed

Hi,

I have a Praktica BC1 electronic SLR camera and I have problem with selecting the shutter speeds. When I change the shutter speed by using the knob I see the correct status indicators looking in the viewfinder, but when I take a picture it always uses the same shutter speed (maybe 1/1000?). Any idea how to fix it?

I'm having SONY CYBER-SHOT DSC-W730 camera and it is showing error e:62:10 the display is in black colour and it is taking photo and that is also in black colour but we can view photos videos and other options are also working and i don't know what problem and how to repair it.

Can it be repaired by me?? Or i should service it?? Is there any short cut to repair it??
