Hey! The MacBook Air and the MacBook Pro Retina both use custom connectors. There have been fitting SSDs for older MacBook Airs around, but Apple changed the design of the connector with the 2012 model. You should also note that the SSDs of the MacBook Air and the MacBook Pro Retina are not interchangeable. Chances are however good that there will be compatible drives for both machines in the coming months. Long story short: Currently NO, in a few months PROBABLY YES.
