The real problem has NOTHING to do with McAfee. Go to Windows settings... Apps... and see if you have an app PC WebStore. If you do, it is the source of these annoying pop-ups with McAfee logo. Uninstall app: "PC WebStore". It may also be helpful to open Task Manager and End Task "PC WebStore Runtime" before uninstalling.
