Replacement mini light dimmer than other lights

Testo:

Replacing a light (incsndescent) on my mini Christmas string lights and it is dinner than the others.

I put the bulb into the base from the burnt out bulb.

New bulb's filament shorter than original bulb's.

Voltage different? If so, is new bulb's too high or too low. How to tell bulb voltage?
