What version of Windows are you using? Do you have current antivirus software running? Look inside the case and blow out any dust, especially on fan and in heat sink. Go to the DELL website [link|https://www.dell.com/support/home/en-nz/product-support/product/precision-t1650/diagnose|Click here] and run full Diagnostics as instructed. Updating the BIOS might also help.
