If you have iCloud backup enabled, you might be able to retrieve notes and other information from iCloud. Log in to [link|https://www.icloud.com|iCloud.com] using a computer and check if your notes are available there.
* Go to Apple’s Find My iPhone website and click on "Forgot Apple ID or Password."
* Follow the prompts to identify your Apple ID. If you can remember any email addresses you might have used, try them. Apple will send you instructions to the email address associated with the Apple ID.
