@hpzbook17g2 you are not telling us what OS you are using. Check in the device manager and see if the WiFi adapter is listed. If so, uninstall the driver for that. Now reinstall the driver for that. If it does not show up in your OS then check your BIOS to see if the WiFi card does show up. Again, if it does not then it is possible that your adapter has failed. Use the [document|39221] to check the BIOS, as well as check the hardware. It will also show you how to replace the WiFi adapter if needed.
