I suspect your battery management board or one of the associated charging circuits gave out. It is rare the both of the ports would stop working suddenly because of charging pin attrition. I am not having much luck finding a guide for your specific model at the moment, but I may look later when I am not on the metro.
Have you made sure that your problem is not being caused by the charger? Perhaps the USBC connector on the charger's side wore out?
