@risingsai if by fully stuck you mean frozen then you need to first rule out a software issue. Try a forced restart as directed by Realme [https://www.realme.com/global/support/troubleshooting#:~:text=Press%20and%20hold%20both%20the,minutes%2C%20and%20then%20try%20again.|on here] After that, you can try a hard reset first.You will lose all of your files that you have saved on your phone (pictures/Music/SMS/Contact ec.) Use the instructions [https://www.hardreset.info/devices/realme/realme-c3/|from here] as well as many other sites to get that done.
IF it still does not reset or does not come on, you will need to inspect the hardware. First check your power supply and the charging cable Make sure it has the proper voltages. Check to make sure that the connectors are not bend etc. After that, check the charging port. Make sure there is no corrosion, debris etc. that prevents it from working. Clean it of any debris etc, use a few puffs of air to clean it out.
If that does not do anything, it's time to open your phone and check the charging board as well as the flex cables and mainboard. Since iFixit does not yet have a guide for this, use something like [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WFW55hq6_TQ|this video] to work on it. Let us know what you find while you have it apart. Check for any damaged components etc.
While you work on your phone, take lots of pictures. Once you are done with it, take those pictures and create a guide for iFixit. That will help the next person that has the same problem as you do.
