@riccardoda27422 just like @simone_i already mentioned, your phone uses a separate charging board. If the post is damaged, replacing the complete charging board is the best way to repair it. Since iFixit does not yet have a guide for the repair of this, use something like [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YpY8YKaVe04|this video] as well as [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4iYZ8qmoiis|this one] to get it accomplished.
