I have two issues...green brownish red and grey screen and also these are not tint...they are flickering colors on my phone meanwhile the flickering also goes on about horizontal lines appearing for fraction of seconds. I did factory reset, hard rest, wiping cache partition as well as installing OS again...none solved the problem. Only solution I could find is to change the whole screen panel which costs around 200 bucks or 17000 rupees. It is shame. Can't do an exchange for a new phone. Used for almost 2.5 years so can't send it to service center as warranty lapsed. Apparently, no solution at all.
