@nicolehowlin looking through the service manual [document|30268], as well as the programming manual [document|30267], it does not look like you can remap the keyboard. Take a look at those manuals and see if you can accomplish something. You have the register so it should be easier for you to try it then it is for us telling you what to check etc.
