@thekingmeta use this guide [guide|132575] right up to step #5 here you see the audiop and video RCA cable soldered to teh board. Desolder the old ones and replace those with some new wires. You can get replacement wires pretty much at any decent hardware store or even a department store.

Nice console to repair and straight forward replacement. While you work on your game console, take lots of pictures. Once you are done with it, take those pictures and create a guide for iFixit.
