How to change to the water dives

I made an accident from in front on my Nissan juke 2019 now the water of the windows doesn’t come. It’s not working I can hear the sound but no water comes and fills the water tank but I can see that the water pump broke and the water I fill from here the water goes down on to the floor from here.
