I am facing the same problem with my laptop asus x441u, I fixed the issue by resetting my device network settings with Command Prompt. By the following steps :
1- Write ***cmd*** in the search box.
2- Choose ***Command Prompt*** and right click.
3- Choose ***Run as administrator***.
4- Entering command: ***netsh winsock reset*** , and ***Enter***.
5- Entering command: ***netsh int ip reset***, and ***Enter***.
***6-*** Entering command: ***ipconfig /release***, and ***Enter***. note: the space between ***ipconfig*** and ***/***
***7-*** Entering command: ***ipconfig /renew***, and ***Enter***. note: the space between ***ipconfig*** and ***/***
You must restart your device to be sure that changes be in effect.
