MacBook Air A1466 shuts down almost immediately after booting

Hi! I got a MacBook Air A1466 820-00165-A and it shuts down shortly after booting. Through a DC Power supply I can see that when it shuts down it gets stuck drawing 0.21A of the charger.  PPBUSG3H always in 8.59v and PP3V42G3H also steady at 3.41v.

The board is pretty clean, no water damage, never worked before
