-If you have replace the caps on the main ps board, then you may need to replace a cap on the controller board…and possibly a chip. For me, it turned out that all I had to do was resolder the 47uf cap. I think over time the joints got “cold” and increase the ESR of the cap. While I bought a kit with the chip and caps, I did not have to use them…just resolder.
